Welcome to the Institute of Integrated Care a collaboration between Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and the University of Greenwich. It is a vehicle for innovation in integrated care in its broadest sense – from whole person to population, pathway to system and culture to structure spectrums.

The overall aims of the institute are to:

  • build, enhance and raise the profile of good practice
  • celebrate excellence
  • bring an evidence base to outcome focused practice
  • provide a forum for research, service improvement and evaluation
  • improve patient experience and maximise multi-agency working

We will be supporting a number of projects with funding that demonstrate integration of care and commitment to outcomes. Please look out for our next call for project grants on this website or twitter.

We will be endorsing and showcasing examples of good practice on our website and at our annual event. We are now accepting submissions of existing work to be endorsed by the Institute and to receive a Recognition of Excellence. This is an open and ongoing call.  Click here for more details on how to apply.

Projects awarded funding or endorsement will be showcased at our annual event which will also provide an educational forum for discussion and debate.

The Institute has access to a large staff base of researchers and lecturers who can provide support with planning projects, evaluation, writing and publishing. If you are planning an event we can also support with facilitation, endorsement, research support and writing. Please let us know if you would like help and support by contacting Annabel Beasley a.beasley@greenwich.ac.uk
